ArmInfo. Ara Abrahamyan, the head of the Union of Armenians of Russia, has addressed Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan with an appeal not to hurt the Armenian people, but to ensure their safety.
"People are afraid to speak out against Pashinyan... His tactics - he blames the opposition, allegedly it is the opposition that devalues the Armenian people. We have the best people, the very best, Mr. Pashinyan. There is no need to hurt the people. We should take care of the people, ensuring they can live well, stay safe, and provide a future for their children. And what are you actually doing?" Abrahamyan told RIA Novosti.
Touching upon Pashinyan's negotiations with the Turkish and Azerbaijani leaders, the head of the SAR stated that the Armenian Prime Minister does not disclose the content of his negotiations with the Presidents of Turkey and Azerbaijan, Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Ilham Aliyev, although he should inform voters about the nature of his negotiations.
According to him, the leaders of states are discussing, particularly, a corridor through Armenia's Syunik, connecting Nakhchivan with the rest of Azerbaijan. He also complained that during negotiations with the leaders of Turkey and Azerbaijan, Pashinyan "is walking with his head down."
