


ArmInfo. Armenian National Assembly deputy Arusyak Manavazyan has been nominated as a candidate for the position of head of the "Civil Contract" parliamentary faction for the 9th convocation of the National Assembly.
Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan made this statement on July 2, following a meeting of the party's board.
According to him, Arusyak Manavazyan became a candidate for the faction leadership following a secret ballot held among members of the State Duma board. Pashinyan assured that he had not expressed any personal opinion regarding any of the candidates, past or present. Moreover, he did not participate in the discussions, being merely an observer.
