ArmInfo.  The number of crimes involving the use of firearms in the Ararat region decreased by 60% in the first half of 2026. The press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Armenia reported this to ArmInfo. 

ArmInfo.  Armenia will become a country where political persecution and criminal cases will no longer  serve as a means of deterring people from political activity.  This  was stated by Narek Karapetyan, a member of the political council of  the "Strong Armenia" bloc, responding to the news of a criminal case  against him.

ArmInfo.  Lawyer Zaruhi Postanjyan filed a criminal complaint with the Prosecutor General's Office of Armenia, the Anti-Corruption Committee, and the  Investigative Committee regarding the death of the lioness belonging  to businessman Gagik Tsarukyan, leader of the Prosperous Armenia  Party, which was confiscated by investigative bodies on July 6.
