


ArmInfo.During a meeting with Bolat Imanbayev, the Armenian Minister of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports (MESCS), Zhanna Andreasyan, discussed prospects for joint programs in higher education, science, cinema, as well as collaborations between museums, libraries, and archives of the two countries.
According to the press service of the Armenian MESCS, Andreasyan expressed gratitude to the Kazakh Ambassador for his working enhancing relations between the two countries in education, science, culture, youth, and sports. Both parties acknowledged the value of the collaboration established through agreements signed in various fields between the countries last year, considering it an important step towards sustainable development. During the meeting, the Minister briefed the Kazakh ambassador on upcoming major events in two Armenian cities in spring: "Meghri - Cultural Capital of the CIS" and "Kapan - Youth Capital of the CIS," with Kazakhstani representatives expected to participate.
Andreasyan and Imanbayev also mentioned a visit to the Mesrop Mashtots Research Institute of Ancient Manuscripts (Matenadaran) and the National Archives of Armenia as part of the "Research Work of Kazakh Writers in the Archives of CIS Countries" program. The interlocutors also discussed prospects for strengthening cooperation in sports and other matters of mutual interest.
