


ArmInfo. The Rescue Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Armenia reports that, as of the morning of February 13, roads across the country are mostly passable.
Roads leading from the Amberd high-altitude meteorological station in the Aragatsotn region to the Amberd fortress and Lake Kari are closed. The intersection of roads in the direction of the villages of Kharzhis and Shinuhayr and the Ttuzhur-Navur highway are closed to all types of traffic. The Zanger section from the Jermuk intersection, the turns of Spitak, and several roads in the Syunik region are closed to trucks with trailers. The Vardenyats mountain pass is also closed to vehicles with trailers, making access difficult for other types of vehicles.
Roads in the Gegharkunik region are icy. Snow is falling in the Shirak region. A snowstorm is raging in the village of Khnaberd and on the Alagyaz-Artik and Aparan-Nigavan highways.
According to information received from the Department of Emergency Situations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia and the North Ossetian Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia, the Stepantsminda-Lars highway is open to all types of vehicles.
