With the financial support of the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports of Armenia (MEKS), the "Film School Without Borders" educational program, implemented by the Arm Film Industry Development cultural foundation, will launch in Yerevan on February 16. The Yerevan State Institute of Theater and Cinema is the program's partner.
As part of the educational program, teenagers aged 15 to 18 will gain knowledge related to film production. Established and experienced industry professionals will teach screenwriting, directing, producing, as well as the fundamentals and principles of artificial intelligence (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, etc.), including filmmaking using AI.
The program will include theoretical and practical classes, screenings and discussions of contemporary films, meetings with filmmakers, and the creation of joint graduation films using AI.
The course duration is one and a half months. Classes will be held at the Yerevan State Institute of Theatre and Cinematography.
Upon completion of the program, participants will receive a certificate of participation.
