On January 24, 2025, the RA Prosecutor General's Office reported that the materials extracted from the criminal case against the participants in the hooliganism and armed robbery committed at the Tsaghkadzor casino on October 26, 2024, by security guards N.T. M.S., G.D., and D.M., who were part of N.T.'s security detail, were transferred to the Kotayk Regional Court of First Instance.
According to the supervisory authority, on January 13, 2025, a public criminal case was opened against security guard N.T. under several articles of the Criminal Code, including robbery and aiding and abetting. On September 4, 2025, the prosecutor initiated a public criminal prosecution against two more security guards, A.A. and A.M. The portion of the criminal proceedings against A.A. was transferred to the Kotayk Regional Court of First Instance on October 31, 2025.
A search warrant was issued for A.M.
It should be noted that all suspects were part of the bodyguard group of Nver Tsarukyan, son of Prosperous Armenia Party leader Gagik Tsarukyan.
