Days of Armenian Culture to be held in China

ArmInfo. In September of this year, Armenia will be the first country in the region to present its culture in China at the Mutianyu Great Wall Scenic Area of the Great Wall of China. This was announced at a press conference on September 23 by Armen Mkhitaryan, the chairman of the public organization .

 According to him, the event will last from September 27 to October 27. In this regard, he noted  that 40-45 thousand tourists visit the Scenic Area, which is included  in the UNESCO World Heritage List, every day.  Armenia will be  represented there by a separate pavilion.

Mkhitaryan emphasized that this event is of great importance for the  popularization of Armenia. It will allow tourists to become  acquainted with the country's culture, art, history and products.  This will provide Armenian producers with the opportunity to be  represented in the Chinese market and expand their  export  opportunities. In this regard, he noted that on November 4, "Big  Armenian Days" will  also be held in Shanghai, where Armenian culture  and products will be showcased.  He also mentioned that China and  Armenia have a cooperation format between sister cities. Qingdao,  Xi'an, Beijing, Ningbo.  More cultural events are planned to be held  in all these cities.
