Добрый день Я зарегистрирован и получаю уведомления о штрафах в электронном виде и почту. При этом плачу сразу при полулчении. Я сам должен считать скидку и платить меньшую сумму или система сама посчитает Например с штрафа 5000 амд я должен вычесть 20 а потом еще 30 уже от 4000амд , итого платить должен 2800 АМД Или считаем 20 шот5000 амд и еще минусем 30 от 5000амд Итого платим 2500АМД
