De-Armenianization of Artsakh international conspiracy, with same  scenario being put into practice in Gaza - expert 

ArmInfo. De-Armenianization of Artsakh was an international conspiracy the forces involved tried  to put into practice using various scenarios, believes political expert Stepan Dalielyan. 

He recalled that days earlier, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan  said that the residents of Gaza would die on their land, but would  not leave their homeland like the Armenians of Nagorno-Karabakh.

"What does what was said mean and to whom is it addressed? Many  people think that it is directed against the Armenians or that he is  trying to humiliate the Armenians with these words. I am sure that  these words are not addressed to us and it is very important to  understand who they are addressed to and what they mean. This is  important to understand for awareness of what happened in Artsakh and  Armenia, and understanding of what is happening now," the expert  noted, expressing the belief that the de- Armenianization of Artsakh  was a conspiracy of international actors.

"Russia needed the Armenians to make some concessions and Russian  troops to be sent there for as long a period as possible so that  Artsakh remained a bone of contention, ensuring Russia's long-term  presence in the Caucasus. Given the weakening of Russia, they wanted  to make concessions in this way.

However, the conditional West needed something completely different.  The conditional West needed the final de- Armenianization of Artsakh  so that Russia would leave the region, and an Azerbaijani "Gaza"  would be created in the north of Iran, which would constantly  threaten the existence of Iran, for which the current regime was  brought to power in Armenia, which had been conducting propaganda for  many years liberation from Artsakh," the political scientist stated.

At the same time, Danielyan is convinced that Israel was one of the  main beneficiaries of the programs of the conditional West, for which  the de- Armenianization of Artsakh also became a precedent for  repeating the same scenario in the Gaza Strip.

"We will not dwell here on the role of Gaza, which not only posed a  constant threat to the existence of Israel, but also had important  geopolitical significance for the construction of possible future  communications. By the way, the importance of Artsakh, and then  Syunik, is comparable to Gaza.

"What did Erdogan say? He stated that the geopolitical center that  developed such a plan would not be able to implement it successfully  in the Gaza Strip following the example of Artsakh. Life will tell  whether this will succeed or not, but Erdogan's words were addressed  precisely to these forces," the expert said.
