Armen Rustamyan, head of the ARFD list, stated during his speech that  today Armenia is at an important historical stage - in the transition  period. According to the Dashnaktsakan, there was not a revolution in  the country, but a change of administration. Rustamyan assured that  the revolution is still ahead, and it will begin with the receipt of  real power. "The real revolutions begin with the coming to power, and  the false ones end," said Rustamyan.

Speaking about the challenges and threats facing Armenia during the  transitional stage, Rustamyan assured that the ARF is participating  in these elections precisely with the goal of voicing the threats  facing the country and proposing ways to solve them. "The main threat  today is to prevent the new from suddenly becoming well-forgotten old  or well-wrapped old," said the first number of the ARF, adding that  today there are serious prerequisites for this.

Touching the statement and. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan,  that the promises made to the people during the revolutionary  movement were 100% fulfilled, Rustamyan expressed conviction that the  most important promise was not fulfilled, namely, the institution of  superpremty was not eliminated. "In fact, all the same people  remained - but suddenly it turned out that there are no more  oligarchs in Armenia, they are businessmen. That is, they became"  their own "because they showed loyalty and expressed readiness to  serve the new authorities. And this is not the only example , since  the 90s, we have seen how strengthening our own positions led to the  loss of the potential for a national awakening, even faced the threat  of losing the victory in the Karabakh war. In turn, the third member of the ARFD list, Arthur Khachatryan,  believes that the state cannot do nothing, because it occupies a key  role in the development of the country. "Today, people complain of  injustice.  Thousands of people work day and night and receive  pennies. The oligarchs, who are now called entrepreneurs, take the  lion's share of the blessings. The state should become an active  player from a passive coordinator," Khachatryan said.

Meanwhile, ARFD member Artsvik Minasyan once again assured them that  they have clear programs to solve the urgent problems facing the  country. Minasyan believes that other political forces do not possess  such programs, besides they have rallied around one person and do not  see the future of the country.
