In Armenia, ID-cards can begin to be used as accumulation cards

ArmInfo.The State Revenue Committee of Armenia intends to propose amendments to the Tax Code. If the amendments are accepted, ID cards (ID cards) will also serve  as accumulation cards, they can also be used in shopping centers. The  head of the CGD David Ananyan stated this in the video posted on the  Facebook page of the Armenian government.

"For people who have a public service number, ID-cards will be  prepared declarations. ID-cards will be called drives all over the  place. We will distribute devices for" reading "cards to everyone.  Cash registers will determine the buyer, and when you get something  in the store, the goods will be registered as purchased in the SRC.  At the same time, 3% of all purchases will be returned to the citizen  within a year, "Ananyan said.
