Kocharyan: The legitimacy of December electoral processes in Armenia  is doubtful

In general, precedents of  this kind, as a rule, have long-term negative consequences, and, of  course, it is desirable to avoid them. At the same time, according to Kocharyan, there was no need for early  elections. "The parliament voted for almost all the bills of the  government.
