Kocharyan: Responsibility for 10 victims on March 1, 2008 first of  all lies with those who provoked mass riots

Of course, it was a  tragedy, and God forbid that this happens again. Look what's  happening now. They divide the society into black and white again,  "he said. According to him back in 2008 the opposition tried to  divide the society into " white and black".  At that time the entire  electoral campaign was based on mobilizing the protest electorate,  and the main slogans were black and white. But the politician should  not only be responsible for his actions but also for the actions of  those who followed him.
