Vache Margaryan assures: I am not familiar with Director of NSS of  Armenia, and I have never called him

In particular, according to the  record of the conversation between  the director of the National Security Service (NSS)and the head of  the Special Investigative Service (SIS), spread on September 11,  2018, a telephone conversation took place on 26 July 2013 between the  director of the National Security Service and the judje in connection  with the consideration of the petition to select a preventive measure  in relation to Robert Kocharyan. During the 8-minute conversation they are discussing the  arrest of former Armenian President Robert Kocharyan, as well as the  criminal cases brought against the CSTO Secretary General Yuri  Khachaturov and former Defense Minister Mikael Harutyunyan. To recall  all of them  are accused of overthrowing the constitutional system  during the post-election events of 2008, which resulted in the death  of 10 people.

During the conversationVanetsyan admits: "I was called by a judge who  must pass sentence on arrest, it seems his name was Hrach: He was  scared, said that he should stud all the grounds before the verdict  was passed." To note the matter concerns Judge Vache Margaryan, under chairmanship   of whom  the court of general jurisdiction of the first instance of  the city of Yerevan (residence in Shengavit) granted the petition of  the preliminary investigation body to elect arrest as a measure of  restraint  against the second president Robert Kocharyan in custody  was considered.
