Polad Bulbul oglu is convinced: Moscow will make maximum efforts for  early settlement of the Karabakh conflict

ArmInfo."The Azerbaijani side believes that Russia, as one of the states co-chairing the OSCE Minsk Group, will make maximum efforts to resolve the Nagorno-Karabakh  conflict as soon as possible on the basis of the sovereignty, territorial integrity and inviolability of the internationally recognized borders of Azerbaijan." This was stated by the Ambassador of Azerbaijan to the Russian Federation Polad Bulbul oglu in his  interview with "MK" in connection with the 100th anniversary of ADR.

At the same time, he stressed that the unresolved Nagorno-Karabakh  conflict is a significant obstacle for regional cooperation.

"Undoubtedly, cooperation between Azerbaijan and Russia is of a  strategic nature and meets the fundamental interests of our  peoples.We proceed from the understanding that strengthening  confidence and strategic partnership between our states and peoples  will also contribute to peace and stability in the region."
