With the assistance of Converse Bank, the presentation of the book by  the Argentine writer Julio Cortazar "Hopscotch" in Armenian

ArmInfo. In the center of the culture of Argentina on May 18, presentation of the book by the famous Argentine writer Julio Cortazar "Hopscotch" was held, which  was translated into Armenian.

As the press service of the Bank reports, the Ambassador  Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Argentina to Armenia Gonzalo  Urriolabeitia attended the event, representatives of literature, art  and business.

According to the source, the "Hopscotch" is this experimental novel  that was translated into Armenian as part of the program of the  Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Worship of Argentina Programa Sur in  order to ensure publicity.

"Translation of the book into Armenian will allow the Armenian reader  to get acquainted with the Argentine culture and with the features of  thinking, to understand its depth and to love Argentine art," G.   Urriolabeitia said.

Converse Bank Chief Executive Artur Hakobyan stressed that the bank  regularly sponsors the events of the Embassy of Argentina. "We are  pleased that we were able to make our modest contribution to the  implementation of this wonderful initiative," he said.
