Pashinyan hopes to establish effective dialogue with Russia on  Moscow`s sale of arms to Baku

In this context, the  oppositionist reminded that Azerbaijan has been very aggressive for  many years, and this creates a negative background for the  conversation. "When we hear from Azerbaijan every day that we are  going to start a war against Armenia, we are going to conquer Yerevan  - how can there be a constructive dialogue in such an atmosphere?" It  seems now that the goal of Azerbaijan is the capitulation of  Nagorno-Karabakh and Armenia. And I think that the first thing to  do,- is to create an appropriate atmosphere for dialogue, for  negotiations. We believe that this must be done necessarily. Both  Armenia and the international community in general must draw some  conclusions about this. When their goal is to destroy Armenia, and  they do not want to talk about anything else, they do not want to  hear anything, "he said.  At the same time Pashinyan stated that  Ilham Aliyev in his last statements speaks about plans to enter  Yerevan. According to him, Armenia has always been inclined to  dialogue, and always any Armenian authorities believed that the issue  of Nagorno-Karabakh should be resolved through dialogue, and it is  necessary to exclude rhetoric, from which it can be concluded that  someone is going to solve this issue by force.
