At the same time, he once  again reminded that Russia provides targeted weapons loans to Armenia  in order to maintain the balance of power and the existing potential.  According to him, that intelligence, which Armenia has, should have a  return, including in the sphere of military-industrial cooperation.  "In any case, we regard Armenia as a serious partner in the field of  intellectual technology and confrontation with hybrid wars," he said.

Referring to possible areas of cooperation between Armenia and Russia  in the field of military-industrial complex, the expert noted that  the Armenian side has a strong potential in the field of mathematical  modeling, in the development of appropriate software that was not  lost after the collapse of the Soviet Union, and it is necessary to  look for forms of practical cooperation for the Armenian-Russian  interaction.  According to him, Armenia and Russia could successfully  cooperate in such areas as electronic warfare, which is one of the  most important areas of activity today.

"The mathematics school of Armenia has always been at its best, there  are cadres, scientific achievements and I believe that in the  framework of programs, including intergovernmental ones, this  potential should not only not be lost, but a form of its practical  integration in joint projects is found. it is important, and in this  respect those brains that exist in Armenia, they are not inferior to  the brains that are in the same Israel," Korotchenko said. And in  this context, he expressed the conviction that the leaders of Russia  and Armenia should instruct to strengthen scientific and technical  ties between the defense enterprises of the two countries. According  to the expert, for Armenia another extremely important area is the  availability of a capable radio electronic reconnaissance, which  makes it possible to obtain information about which radioelectronic  means are deployed near the border, what weapons they belong to, as  today absolutely any equipment has what it radiates in its  composition ether.
