Director of Ashkharh(Stepanakert) Strategic Researches Center, expert on military and national security issues Hrachya Arzumanyan expressed such an opinion to ArmInfo, commenting Edward Nalbandian's statement.

"Artsakh issue is settled for Armenian nation. That is why there is  no need to discuss and even more to response in such an emotional way  to MFA statements. Thus, it is necessary to put and solve issues of  increasing defense possibilities of Armenian Armed Forces, efficiency  of the system, national security, Armenian national identity and  society in general", the analyst is assured. 

On September 18 Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian at the  Armenia-Diaspora forum, as the possible territorial concessions of  the Armenian side, marked territories "in the transfer of which there  will not be a threat to the security of Artsakh and will not be  endangered by the final settlement of the conflict." "If I reveal  other details, the negotiations will stop," the Minister said.

In this regard, the analyst called the society not to yield to and  not allow to focus attention on energy taking, unreal problems. The  only problem and threat to Armenia, which the Armenian people can  influence, the analyst considers the state of the Armenian society,  leading to large emigration. All the rest is just consequence. 

Among the issues that are meaningful Arzumanyan points out the  questions on how to change tendencies, force the power to change,  find a replacement for it, how this replacement could begin to solve  the problems of the Armenians. The analyst is convinced that certain  forces consciously and fairly professionally consistently press the  painful points of the Armenian people.

"Who destabilizes the Armenian society, what are the goals, what  effect should be achieved as a result of this destabilization? Can it  be avoided, or should we try to intercept and redirect the energy of  society to other purposes?" These are the questions that we should  all ask today," Arzumanyan said.
