According to the press service of the Bank, the next three-day business seminar was held in Goris (Syunik region) with the participation of about 15 representatives of SMEs. Lectures concerned the development of tourism, and also touched upon new topics: "Marketing of hotel services", "Providing hotel services", "Attention to guests" and "Motivation and retention of staff".
