The head of village administration arrested due to Djrarat incident

Within the criminal case, raised due  to the fact of armed incident in Djrarat village between the followers of Republican Party and bloc Ohanyan-Raffi-  oskanyan, an offence is proposed  to Tigran Sargsyan, the head of  Djrarat village administration.  Sargsyan is  arrested. The  investigation has fetched out that Sargsyan and his followers have  beaten Melik Melkonyan, and than shot him, Hakob Melkonyan and  teenager Araik Melkonyan. 

According to him, his minor nephew called him and, crying, said that   they beat his son Hakob near the village administration. "My brother   and friend went after him, at this time 30 people came out of the  village administration, armed with batons, knives and pistols, and   began to beat brother, Hakob and even the minor nephew", the elder   Melkonyan went on to say. According to him, the minor nephew was  beaten with a baton, his  fingers were broken, he was operated in the  medical center "Erebuni".  Hakob Melkonyan received a knife and  gunshot wound. His uncle  received 4 stab wounds, and two others of  their relatives also  suffered. All of them were taken to the  hospital. 

To remind, the day before in Djrarat, again between the supporters of  the ORO  and the RPA, an incident took place, in which the village  elder  Lernik Yeranosyan, the brother of the Deputy Chief of Police  Levon Yeranosyan, personally participated. According to eyewitnesses,  Levon  Yeranosyan himself was also present during the incident.
