Armenia in the run up to the parliament elections: matter goes up to  nervous breakdowns and sedatives. 

ArmInfo.Despite there is two months term before the elections start, the political filed of Armenia has no clear determination regarding proportional lists of  political powers to participate in the elections and the appropriate  pre-electoral blocks and alliances. 

The most intensive struggle takes place in respect to the  proportional list of Armenian Republican party, because there is no  doubt RPA  will  be the leader of  this elections, especially between  female candidates - up to nervous breakdowns and sedatives. According  to ArmInfo, this time in the first three positions of RPA list will  be not the Vice Speaker Hermine Naghdalyan, like it was at previous  elections, but the Justice Minister Arpine Haroutyunyan, and this  issue is under the personal control Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan.  This means in the case RPA wins the elections, Arpine Hovhannisyan  will become the Vice Speaker. 

To be impartial, it is necessary to mention that this intensive  struggle takes place exactly in respect to the proportional list of  RPA.. What  is to the rating lists, candidates for lawmaker's mandate  do not want to spend assets and time for  the rating-based struggle  and try to get their places in the proportional list. For instance,  the Tavush district governor rejected to hold struggle within the  rating system. 

The nervous environment is observed also in the Prosperous Armenia  Party, expecting Gagik Tsaroukyan to return to big politics. The  plans of Armenian National Congress are still unclear as well. What  is to the pre-electoral block of Yelk, comprising parties of  Prosperous Armenia, Bright Armenia and Republic, here everything is  almost decided and the proportional list will be submitted on January  21. 

The pre electoral plans of Seyran Ohanyan, the Ex Minister of  Defense, are not fully realized. According to ArmInfo sources, he  could not reach any large consolidation of electorate, which has been  planned initially.  It is clear by now that  the Third Republic and  Vardan Oskanyan's Solidarity.  The party of Legacy looks to fail  participating to elections as an independent power, and it's members  are expected to be included in the electoral lists of different  blocks. Yesterday an application was submitted by Anahit Bakhshyan to  leave the party, expressing the intention to join Free Democrates  block and the Liberty Party  of Hrant Bagratyan.
