RA Constitutional Court  to consider  compliance of  TRIPP agreement  with Armenia`s Constitution

ArmInfo.On September 15, the Constitutional Court of Armenia will consider the compliance of the TRIPP agreement with the provisions of the RA Constitution.   Constitutional law expert Gohar Meloyan  reported this on her  Facebook page.

She noted that the court session will begin at 11:00 AM. At the same  time, the expert recalled today's meeting between RA Foreign Minister  Ararat Mirzoyan and Aryeh Lightstone, Senior Advisor to the US  Special Envoy for Peace Missions, which was also attended by  Konstantin Sokolov, President of the Transcaspian Enterprise  Foundation and, according to circulating rumors, the ultimate  beneficiary of several major companies in Armenia.
