ArmInfo. Armenian law enforcement officials have been conducting searches since early morning at the private residence of Narek Karapetyan, a member of parliament of the 9th convocation and member of the political council of the "Strong Armenia" bloc.
The bloc's press service reported the development, though the party has not yet released further details regarding the ongoing operation.
Recall, on July 22, the Armenian Prosecutor General's Office initiated criminal proceedings against Karapetyan under articles concerning coercion to participate in assemblies and money laundering.
