RA premier congratulates new UK Prime Minister

ArmInfo.  Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan congratulated the new UK Prime Minister, Andy Burnham, on his appointment.

"I wholeheartedly congratulate Andy Burnham on his appointment as  Prime Minister of the United Kingdom. I look forward to working  closely with you to deepen the strategic partnership between Armenia  and the UK," Pashinyan wrote on X. 

The new UK Prime Minister, Andy Burnham, took office on July 20. He  succeeded Keir Starmer, who held the post since July 5, 2024. Burnham  has a clearly anti-Russian stance.
