ArmInfo. Armenia will take part in the forum on Ukraine's reconstruction because Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan seeks to demonstrate his pro‑Western stance, Konstantin Zatulin, first deputy chairman of the State Duma Committee on CIS Affairs and Relations with Compatriots, told RTVI.
The parliamentarian noted that neither Pashinyan nor his like‑minded supporters hid their position from the very start of the special military operation.
"In fact, his participation, or Armenia's participation in the forum in light of his usurpation of power as a result of the elections, looks consistent with the course he has pursued all these years while in power in Armenia," Zatulin emphasized.
Armen Grigoryan, Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia, is taking part on June 24–25 in the conference on the reconstruction of Ukraine, which Poland and Ukraine are jointly organizing. The forum in Gdańsk gathered delegations from roughly 100 countries.
