RA premier attends opening ceremony of reconstructed Hakob Kojoyan  educational complex

ArmInfo. Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan attended the opening ceremony of the reconstructed Hakob Kojoyan Educational Complex in Yerevan. While preserving the complex's original historical and cultural appearance, three school buildings were reconstructed and one new building was constructed as part of the "300 Schools, 500 Kindergartens" program.

According to the government's press service, the Cabinet of Ministers  allocated over 2 billion drams for the construction work. The  educational complex is also equipped with laboratories, computer  equipment, and modern technology. To effectively organize the  educational process, the complex has been equipped with the necessary  equipment, including studio easels, art shelving, still-life tables,  sculpture stands, construction tables, and more. The facility, which  meets all modern educational requirements, is designed to accommodate  600 students.

Welcoming those present, Nikol Pashinyan congratulated the school on  its opening and recalled that the Civil Contract party's election  program includes a project to build 100 art and sports schools. The  Prime Minister emphasized the need to add a new component to school  construction programs. "It is crucial for us to develop school  construction in the Republic of Armenia, because construction is  construction, but it is multilayered, and the construction of schools  and kindergartens represents a special area," the head of government  said.

In this context, he emphasized the importance of having playgrounds  near schools and noted that cooperation with municipal partners would  be established in this regard. Speaking about the work done, Nikol  Pashinyan noted that the improvement in quality is very significant  and important, which is a matter of principle.

The Prime Minister noted that two years ago they began considering  the aesthetics of "Real Armenia." "The state's political strategies  are sometimes not only not expressed in art or forms, but also very  often have no connection with the reality of the state and the law.  This is also an issue we need to reflect on. Here, too, we need to  understand that we need time, patience, and discussion, not debate,  to resolve all these issues," Nikol Pashinyan said.

Expressing gratitude to the teachers who completed the voluntary  certification, the Prime Minister emphasized the importance and  necessity of improving education. "I've said before that no one knows  everything, so everyone must learn something new. We must make this a  way of life, a way of life for all citizens of the Republic of  Armenia, because it guarantees the development of the state," the  head of government noted.

Concluding his speech, the Prime Minister once again expressed  gratitude to all the people who work in Armenia, achieve results, pay  the taxes established by law, issue and request receipts. "We must  understand how all this is created. All this is created through  labor, collected taxes, the collection of state revenues, and the  distribution of state revenues," Nikol Pashinyan emphasized, thanking  all those involved in the school construction program.
