ArmInfo. Since this morning, the State Revenue Committee (SRC) of Armenia has launched a series of raids and searches across several companies associated with Gagik Tsarukyan, prominent entrepreneur and leader of the "Prosperous Armenia" party.
According to Armenian media, tax officers visited at least 10 properties and conducted searches at the Onir Club company, which includes the Pharaoh complex, the Multi Grand hotel, and others. Searches were also conducted at hotels owned by Tsarukyan in Tsaghkadzor, as well as at the Ararat Cement company and other business entities. Documents and computers were seized, leading to a significant disruption of operations at these locations.
.It's worth noting that the State Revenue Committee effectively responded to Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's calls to "destroy the opposition," which, according to him, had collected votes solely through election bribes. The CEC yesterday decided to invalidate the vote at two large polling stations and, despite the court's ruling, refused to organize re-votes there, which would have resulted in the Prosperous Armenia Party entering parliament.
