


ArmInfo.During his visit to Luxembourg, Armenian Minister of Foreign Affairs Ararat Mirzoyan held separate meetings with the newly appointed Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands, Tom Berendsen, and the newly appointed Minister of Foreign and European Affairs of Slovenia, Tone Kajzer.
According to the Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the officials exchanged congratulations during both meetings, acknowledging the recent appointments of the European ministers as well as the victory of the ruling "Civil Contract" party in the Armenian elections.
It was further noted that the Foreign Ministers of Armenia and the Netherlands discussed collaborative efforts to deepen the strategic partnership between their two nations, emphasizing the importance of implementing concrete programs in both existing and new areas of cooperation. Both parties highlighted the necessity of fostering business ties and increasing the volume of bilateral trade.
Minister Mirzoyan outlined steps aimed at developing regional connectivity, including the TRIPP project, and discussed the dynamics of regional cooperation. He emphasized that peace has been established between Armenia and Azerbaijan, and that current efforts are focused on its further strengthening.
The Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Slovenia addressed bilateral cooperation and current joint programs, expressing their readiness to continue working together to fulfill their established, robust agenda. The ministers also exchanged views on cooperation mechanisms within the European Union.
