


ArmInfo.The Central Electoral Commission of Armenia presented the count results from 533 polling stations, where 246,476 citizens voted, according to which Nikol Pashinyan’s ruling "Civil Contract" party received 51.13% or 124,471 votes.
According to the data from the online board of the CEC of Armenia, Samvel Karapetyan’s "Strong Armenia" alliance received 23.34% or 56,823 votes, the second president Robert Kocharyan’s "Armenia" alliance got 9.76% or 23,763 votes, and businessman Gagik Tsarukyan’s "Prosperous Armenia" party obtained 4.09% or 9,960 votes.
The remaining candidates currently have results below the required threshold. The voter turnout reached 58.97%. By 20:00 local time, 1,476,597 citizens had voted across the country out of approximately 2,505,228 eligible voters. A total of 2,005 polling stations were open.
In the previous extraordinary parliamentary elections in Armenia, held on June 20, 2021, the voter turnout was 49.41%, or 1,281,911 individuals out of 2,593,572 eligible citizens.
Minutes earlier, the Prime Minister of Armenia issued a statement declaring his victory in the elections, emphasizing that his political force would form the government single-handedly.
