It is noted that this year, 116 state, municipal, and private museums operating across the Republic of Armenia joined the pan-European "Night of Museums" initiative. On May 16, participating museums remained open from 11:00 to 24:00, providing free admission to all visitors.
"Visitors were given the opportunity to engage with museum collections in an innovative format, participate in interactive events, and immerse themselves in a rich cultural environment. The goal of the initiative was to spark public interest in cultural heritage, strengthen the connection between museums and the community, and highlight the vital role of culture in building a harmonious and cohesive society," the Ministry stated.
