The Diaspora  National Mobilization Conference took place in Paris on April 11-12, bringing together more than 150 distinguished intellectuals, political, public, and community figures from Armenia, Artsakh, and  26 countries across Diaspora, as reported by the press service of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation (Dashnaktsutyun).

ArmInfo.  The Anti-Corruption Court hearing for the case of former RA Prosecutor General Aghvan Hovsepyan, scheduled for April 13, has been postponed due to the absence of his lawyers.

ArmInfo.  A group of mothers are holding a sit-in outside the Prosecutor General's Office of Armenia in support of 18-year-old schoolboy David Minasyan, who has been held  in custody for two months following the incident involving Armenian  Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan at St. Anna Church in Yerevan.

ArmInfo.  Fifty locations with serious drainage problems have been inventoried in Yerevan. This was announced by Arsen Karoyan, Head of the Yerevan Municipality's Public Utilities Department, during a working meeting on April 13.

ArmInfo. The first forum of the Eurasian Association of Sports Cooperation was held in Armenia. This was announced by Gagik Tsarukyan, leader of the Prosperous  Armenia Party and President of the National Olympic Committee of the  Republic of Armenia.

ArmInfo.  Armenia needs the unification of pan-Armenian potential to resolve existing problems, not widespread division. This is what Kristine Vardanyan, a member of  the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia from the opposition  "Armenia" faction, wrote on her Facebook page.

ArmInfo.  Kazakhstan cannot aspire to a "sovereign" policy on a grand geopolitical scale, but Astana's task is to achieve maximum results with minimal means, while  trying to avoid a head-on collision with geopolitical giants. This is  the opinion of Sergei Markedonov, PhD in history, leading researcher  at the Center for Euro-Atlantic Security at the Institute of  International Studies at MGIMO University, and editor-in-chief of the  journal "International Analytics."

ArmInfo.  The statements made by Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow during his meeting with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan were addressed to Armenian  voters and aimed at influencing pre-election sentiments in the  country. This is stated in a commentary received by ArmInfo by Aghasi  Tadevosyan, a senior researcher at the Institute of Archaeology and  Ethnography of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of  Armenia and a cultural anthropologist, on the April meeting of the  Armenian and Russian leaders in Moscow.

ArmInfo. The inaction and irresponsibility of the Yerevan Municipality, led by Mayor Tigran Avinyan, continue to hit Yerevan residents financially. Rain that  fell in the evening of April 12 in the Armenian capital once again  turned Gyurjyan Street in the Nor Nork district into an impassable  mud lake.
