ArmInfo. Russian State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin held a meeting with his colleagues-the heads of delegations from the CSTO Parliamentary Assembly member  countries. Representatives from Armenia did not participate. The  meeting took place ahead of the meeting of the Council of the  Parliamentary Assembly of the Collective Security Treaty Organization  (CSTO PA).

ArmInfo.  The Anti-Corruption Court of Armenia has accepted for review another case filed by the Prosecutor General's Office regarding the confiscation of illegally  acquired property. This time, the property in question concerns  former National Assembly member Mkhitar Zakaryan.

The day before (April 16), the Bank invited  representatives of the Union of Advanced Technology Enterprises  (UATE),  which unites over 250 tech companies, to its platform.  Ameriabank itself is a member of UATE since 2025, acting as a  changemaker in the sector.

ArmInfo.  A criminal case has been opened in connection with the April 17 incident outside the Anti-Corruption Court in Yerevan involving supporters of the Strong  Armenia party. This was stated in a statement by Kima Avdalyan, press  secretary of the Investigative Committee of Armenia, on Facebook.

ArmInfo.  The Russian Embassy in Armenia announced the celebratory events planned in the republic to mark the 81st anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War  (WWII). "On May 9 at 12:00 PM local time, to mark the 81st  anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War, the Immortal  Regiment Abroad historical and cultural public organization will  organize a traditional memorial procession in Yerevan from the area  adjacent to the Church of the Holy Cross in the Arabkir district to  the Eternal Flame memorial in Victory Park. This large-scale event,  featuring veterans of the Great Patriotic War, will be accompanied by  a brass band," the Russian Embassy in Armenia said in a statement.

ArmInfo.  Temporary restrictions will be imposed on the highway from Yerevan to Gyumri on April 19 due to a motor rally led by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol  Pashinyan to mark the completion of the Ashtarak-Gyumri section of  the International North-South Transport Corridor.
