ArmInfo.The Armenian opposition cannot, and could not, achieve success in Armenia's latest parliamentary elections using electoral mechanisms alone. Instead, what occurred was a systematic falsification of the vote—a  pre-planned criminal act, orchestrated by a centralized leadership  and facilitated by the direct intervention of the head of the regime,  aimed at usurping the will of the people. This statement was issued  by the Executive Body of the Republican Party of Armenia (RPA), led  by the third president, Serzh Sargsyan.
