ArmInfo. "As Prime Minister of Armenia, I understand what Russia, the US, France, Germany, and the EU are like, and, as a rule, I initiate meetings with them," as stated by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan  during a press briefing, when asked by ArmInfo whether he had ever requested a meeting with the Russian president, including before the elections.

ArmInfo. Armenian authorities have made changes the state housing support program for families forcibly displaced from Karabakh. The resolution was approved by the RA Cabinet of Ministers at its meeting on March 26.

ArmInfo. Representatives of the ARF Dashnaktsutyun (ARF) youth movement held a protest outside  the Armenian government building, where they arrived with photographs of  officials from the  ruling Civil Contract party in Artsakh.

ArmInfo. Authority to manage the state-owned shares of the Amo Beknazaryan Hayfilm Film Studio CJSC has been transferred to the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports (MECS) of Armenia. The corresponding decision was made on March 26 at a meeting of the Armenian government.

ArmInfo.  Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi thanked several countries, including Armenia, for their assistance in repatriating Iranians.

ArmInfo.  Sargis Khandanyan, Chairman of the Foreign Relations Committee of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia, has been appointed by the OSCE Chairman-in-Office to head the international observation mission for the upcoming parliamentary elections in Hungary. As Special  Coordinator and Head of the Mission, Khandanyan will coordinate the  work of the OSCE short-term observation missions to the Parliamentary  Assembly, PACE, and the OSCE/ODIHR.

ArmInfo. The UN General Assembly adopted a draft resolution that unequivocally condemns the trade in enslaved Africans and the transatlantic slave trade as the most inhumane and enduring injustice against humanity. Armenia abstained from voting.

ArmInfo. French journalist Ulysse Manes and Le Figaro journalist Adrien Briand, at a meeting with Acting President of Artsakh and Speaker of the National Assembly Ashot Danielyan, confirmed their readiness to continue covering events around Artsakh and present the current situation to the  international community.

ArmInfo.  Armenia ratifies the Treaty on the Procedure for Organizing and Conducting International Controlled Delivery by Competent Authorities of the Member States of the Commonwealth of Independent States. The decision was made on March 26 at a meeting of the RA government.

ArmInfo. At a meeting with a delegation led by Antje Fritz, Deputy Head of the Europe and Central Asia Division at the Geneva Centre for Security Issues (DCAF), the Armenian Ombudsman, Anahit Manasyan, presented human rights issues in the country's armed forces.

ArmInfo. On March 26, the plenary session of the National Assembly of Armenia continued discussions on the election of the Chairman of the Information Systems Regulatory Commission. The RA government nominated former Deputy Chairman of the Central Bank Nerses Yeritsyan for the  position.

ArmInfo. The Anti-Corruption Court has accepted for review the Prosecutor General's Office's claim to confiscate assets of illegal origin from Argam Norayrovich Hovsepyan, director of the National Bureau of Expertise (his powers have been suspended due to criminal prosecution), and individuals associated with him.

ArmInfo.  As part of the traditional two-month Francophonie festival, a digital version of the film "We Are Our Mountains" by renowned Armenian film director Henrik Malyan was screened with French subtitles at the Council of Europe Cinema on March 25, at the initiative of the Permanent Mission of  Armenia to the Council of Europe.

ArmInfo. On 25 March 2026, a meeting was held at the MFA of Turkmenistan dedicated to the implementation of the recommendations of the Committee on the Elimination of Discrimination against Women (CEDAW) and the Universal Periodic Review in the area of ensuring gender equality.
