2012 թ. հունվարից ՀՀ-ում իրականացված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներով հայտնաբերվել է 800 պոռնոգրաֆիական տեսանյութ`անչափահասների մասնակցությամբ

2012 թ. հունվարից ՀՀ-ում իրականացված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներով հայտնաբերվել է 800 պոռնոգրաֆիական տեսանյութ`անչափահասների մասնակցությամբ

 Հուլիսի 29-ին Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության Սոչի քաղաքում տեղի ունեցավ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության ՆԳ նախարարության և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ոստիկանության միավորված կոլեգիայի նիստը, որին մասնակցում էր ՀՀ ոստիկանության պատվիրակությունը՝ ոստիկանության պետ, գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Վլադիմիր Գասպարյանի գլխավորությամբ:



Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է ՀՀ Ոստիկանության մամլո ծառայությունը, միավորված կոլեգիայի նիստում բացման խոսքով հանդես եկան Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության ՆԳ նախարար, ոստիկանության գեներալ-գնդապետ Վլադիմիր Կոլոկոլցևը և ՀՀ ոստիկանության պետ, գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Վլադիմիր Գասպարյանը: Նիստի ընթացքում քննարկվեցին ՙՏեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների ոլորտում կատարվող հանցագործությունների դեմ պայքարում Ռուսաստանի ՆԳՆ և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ոստիկանության փոխգործակցության մասին՚, ՙՌուսաստանի Դաշնության ՆԳ նախարարության և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ոստիկանության միավորված կոլեգիայի 2012 թ. հուլիսի 23-ի որոշման կատարման մասին՚, ՙՌուսաստանի Դաշնության ՆԳ նախարարության և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ոստիկանության միավորված կոլեգիայի 2014 թ. աշխատանքի պլանի մասին՚ հարցերը:



Մասնավորապես նշվեց, որ տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների զարգացումը նաև նպաստավոր պայմաններ է ստեղծում հանցավոր նպատակներով դրանց օգտագործման համար; Այս ոլորտում տարածում են ստացել հանցավոր գործունեության այնպիսի տեսակներ, ինչպիսիք են տեղեկատվության ու տեղեկատվական ռեսուրսների ոչնչացումը, փոփոխումը, հափշտակումը, շրջափակումը և այլն: Նման պայմաններում մեծանում է տարբեր երկրների իրավապահ մարմինների փոխգործակցության կատարելագործման անհրաժեշտությունը՝ բարձր տեխնոլոգիաների ոլորտում հանցագործություններին հակազդելու համար: Միայն 2012 թվականին Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության տարածքում գրանցվել է տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների ոլորտում կատարված 10227 հանցագործություն, Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում նույն ժամանակահատվածում գրանցվել է 50 կիբերհանցագործություն: ՌԴ ներքին գործերի մարմինների իրականացրած միջոցառումներով 2012 թ. հունվարից հաջողվել է հայտնաբերել 2835 օգտատերերի՝ 66 երկրից, որոնք տարածել են պոռնոգրաֆիական նյութեր՝ անչափահասների մասնակցությամբ: Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում իրականացված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներով հայտնաբերվել է նույնպիսի  800 պոռնոգրաֆիական տեսանյութ: Բարձր տեխնոլոգիաների ոլորտում կատարվող հանցագործությունների բացահայտման աշխատանքների հաջողությունը մեծապես պայմանավորված է տարբեր երկրների իրավապահ մարմինների համապատասխան ստորաբաժանումների միջև տեղեկատվության օպերատիվ փոխանակման, կապերի ամրապնդման ու զարգացման արդյունավետությամբ:



Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության ՆԳ նախարարության և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ոստիկանության միավորված կոլեգիայի նիստում համապատասխան որոշումներ ընդունվեցին օրակարգի բոլոր հարցերի վերաբերյալ, հաստատվեցին ՌԴ ՆԳՆ և ՀՀ ոստիկանության միավորված կոլեգիայի 2014 թ. աշխատանքի պլանը և 2015 թ. աշխատանքային պլանի նախագիծը: Նիստի ավարտին ամփոփիչ ելույթներով հանդես եկան Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության ՆԳ նախարար, ոստիկանության գեներալ-գնդապետ Վլադիմիր Կոլոկոլցևը և ՀՀ ոստիկանության պետ, գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Վլադիմիր Գասպարյանը: Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության ՆԳ նախարարության և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ոստիկանության միավորված կոլեգիայի անդամները պատասխանեցին լրագրողների հարցերին:
